We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Any books purchased through the website are available for free pick up in the Cotswold Book Room during shop opening hours. If you’re not lucky enough to be able to come and visit us then here are your other options:

  1. Free local delivery within approximately a 10 mile radius.
  2. Free collection from Surroundings Online in Thornbury
  3. Royal Mail postage at cost: UK 2nd Class - £2.90 (3-5 working days) or UK 1st Class - £3.35 (1-2 working days)

If your order is particularly large/heavy we may need to contact you to ask you to cover the delivery charge with our reliable couriers, but this will never be at any more than cost price.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. If you are ordering a gift let us know as we offer free gift wrapping. We are also able to include a handwritten card for £2.50.
